Gonadorelin is a synthetic form of GnRH (Gonadotropin-Releasing Hormone) used to stimulate LH and FSH release from the pituitary. In TRT protocols, it is used as an alternative to HCG to preserve testicular function and fertility. Pulsatile administration is critical as continuous exposure causes receptor desensitization.
